How long will it take for my personalized items to ship or be ready for pickup?
Vinyl items are 3-5 business days
Embroidered items are 5-7 business days
If I select local pickup where will I be able to pick up my items?
You will be emailed when your order is ready for pickup and the address will be in that email.
We have bins that are out 8am – 8pm Monday through Friday and 9am – 8pm on Saturday and Sunday. Please pickup item within 48 hours after receiving email.
What is your return policy?
Due to the customized nature of the products sold by PGF, all sales are final.
